1. Eligibility for Return/Refund/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or tampered during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

Important:

To claim a return, refund, or exchange, you must provide an unpacking video clearly showing:

  • Full parcel before opening

  • Opening process

  • Product damage/defect

Without an unpacking video, we will not be able to process claims.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by customer (for customized prints).

  • Minor color differences due to screen resolution variations.

  • Products used, washed, or altered after delivery.

3. Timeframe for Claims

  • You must raise a return or exchange request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refund Method

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders may receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Process

If eligible, we will:

  • Arrange pickup (based on service availability), or

  • Ask you to ship the product to our address.

Replacement will be shipped after product inspection.
